Survey - Done Feb 2024, available on request, all items been fixed (new anchor chain, bilge, clamps, etc).
Rigging - Was done 5 years ago, so fine, got receipt, passes for insurance.
Engine - Original 1989 Universal M25XP engine (can use many Kubota tractor parts for cheaper servicing). Done ~730 hours. 70L diesel tank.
Hull - Good condition for a boat this age (as mentioned by boat surveyor).
Sleeping - Spacious cabin for a boat this size. 3 double and 1 single berth (but sleeps 4 comfortably), we often sleep overnight.
Cooking - Pressurised hot and cold water for taps. 4 burner gas stove with oven and normal 'swap & go' LPG tank. 260L fresh water tanks. 2x sinks and cooler box. Large table and cushioned seats for eating in the cabin, as well as a a beautiful timber table and cushions seats for eating outside in the cockpit.
Bathroom - Separate head/toilet with electric macerator and holding tank.
Sailing - Furling headsail - 100% jib and 150% genoa sails. Battened mainsail with lazy jacks for ease of handling. All control lines lead to cockpit, with 6 winches.
Relaxing - Bimini to shade skipper, spray dodger to protect from wind and splashing, boom tent to keep the cockpit entertaining area protected from rain and fully shaded.
