Our 11.6m Roberts (steel), centre cockpit, sloop, "Wahine Toa" is for sale.

ENGINE: Yanmar 3-cylinder fresh water cooled, shaft driven diesel 3YM30 (26 hp) with single lever morse control. The motor starts first time every time. It has 570hrs.

RUDDER AND WHEEL:
There is a centre cockpit with an Edsen pedestal and wheel. It is chain and cable to an aft quadrant. The cables were replaced less than 20 sailing hours ago and the quadrant has been reengineered to strengthen.

PROP:
3 blade, 400mm diameter on a 30 mm stainless steel shaft. The cutlass bearing was checked and in in good condition. Rudder anode has. Been changed on the 27/01/2025.

SEACOCKS:
All through hulls are fitted with bronze fittings in good working order.

GROUND TACKLE:
. There is a 35lb Bruce anchor on 80m of 10mm chain, attached to 50m of 20mm warp. We have never dragged using this setup. There is a spare Plow anchor and 50m of 10mm galvanized chain in the lazarette.

TOOLS:
We will be leaving the tools accumulated for use on the boat.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
. The boat has 2 x 100amp deep cycle house batteries, in working order.
. 1x deep cycle starter battery.
. 2x mounted semi flexible solar panels (working order)

We have owned her for 7 years and have done a lot of work on her, to make her a comfortable and beautiful home, ready for you to step aboard and go sailing.
She comfortably accommodated 4 people in 2 cabins, one large aft cabin with a double berth and plenty of storage and a v berth with 2 single swabs mattresses, under berth sail storage and an electric head.
The saloon area: has a 'L' shaped settee and dinette and a nav table. There is a small tool storage and workshop area, with engine access on the port side. On the starboard side there is a kitchen bench, double sinks 2x electric independent fresh water taps and a gimbled 'Oven Master' gas stove and grill. There is a 'Dune' 60ltr portable fridge/freezer (12vlt /mains power) situated in the companion way to the aft cabin. This area offers excellent engine access.
We have recently taken this vessel and completed rust maintenance, topsides, hull and deck repaint and 'kiwi grip' applied to decks). The hull below the water was sanded, primed and antifouled, all the anodes have been replaced.

. The RIG is in a good condition and was checked 2 years ago and the forestay was replaced.
The boat is dressed with 2 sails, both were replaced with custom made sails 4 years ago and are in excellent condition.
. 1 furling headsail (140%)
. 1 Main sail with half battens and 3 reef points.
. There is a spinnaker
. And a spare main sail in the v berth
. The sail bag and lazy jacks were made for the sail.
. The whisker pole is new
. There are 2x Lewmar self-tailing sheet winches and 2x Arco 44 winces, all are in good working order.
. All the ropes, blocks and shackles are in good working order.
. There is a black canvas and stainless-steel dodger, added 4 years ago. The clear light has UV damage.
. Aft there is a Bimini holding 2 solar panels that are in working order. This charges the house batteries.
. There is a very large lazarette holding; a spare anchor and 50m of 10mm chain, emergency tiller, diving gear for snorkelling, spare ropes and extra water storage containers.
We are selling "Wahine Toa" with everything on her, there is everything you need to step aboard your new sailing adventure. (fishing rods, lures, reels, speargun, tackle etc. )
