'Just Chillin' is a one owner Beneteau First 40 launched in 2011 and is listed for sale with YOTI and Cove Yachts.

The Beneteau First 40 combines elegance, performance, and comfort, making it an ideal choice for both competitive racing and cruising.

Known for their superior quality and versatility, 'Just Chillin' features recently upgraded sails from North Sails, ensuring top-notch performance. The boat has only been raced inshore, which means it hasn't faced the harsh conditions of open ocean sailing. This contributes to its great condition, mechanically and aesthetically, in addition to its low engine hours.

The interior of the First 40 is just as impressive as its exterior. It offers a spacious and comfortable three cabin layout that simply works. Few options succeed as well and the First 40 in blending those ever-important cruiser / racer features.

Instrumentation is by Raymarine with auto-pilot, internal chart plotter and displays both in the cockpit and at the mast. There is a carbon pole plus fixed bow sprit for A sails. The mast is the triple spreader upgraded performance rig.
