Bavaria C38 SailShare - fully managed syndicate offer
We are currently finalising the purchase of a highly equipped 3-cabin 2021 Bavaria C38 for our yacht share programme. The yacht is in as-new condition, beautifully appointed with a light timber salon boasting upgraded ultra leather upholstery, large rear dropdown swim platform, two steering wheels and a massive cockpit for entertaining.
Additionally, the yacht also comes with the latest top of the range B&G instrumentation, in-mast furling and self-tacking jib making the boat very easy to sail and perfect for a novice or seasoned sailor. We will be including a learn to sail package from our own inhouse qualified instructors free of charge to any new owner who purchases a share in January (conditions apply).
The boat is currently berthed in Sydney and all owners will be invited and are welcome to crew for part of the exciting passage back to WA in early March, a unique opportunity. We will be stopping in Melbourne and Adelaide to change crew and re-provision as well as a few stops along the way, subject to weather. During the entire journey the boat will be skippered by a qualified and experienced trainer, so it will be the perfect chance to learn to sail or brush up on your sailing skills.
As the Western Australia dealer for Bavaria we have taken a lot of time waiting for the right yacht to enter our sailshare fleet, and believe that you will not be disappointed with our choice. The yacht will be based in Port Coogee for approximately six months of the year, then moved to the safe and relaxing waters of Geographe Bay at Port Geographe Marina, part of the resort town of Busselton with its many cafes and bars, along with safe beaches and famous jetty, and local airport with direct flights to Sydney and Melbourne.
10 shares available, $50,000 per share, fully managed syndicate, the syndicate agreement is for 3 years, then the boat is sold. The proceeds from the sale of the boat is returned to the owners. You can sell your share at anytime. Affordable monthly management fee of $770, walk on walk off boating, online booking system giving you 33 guaranteed days each year plus unlimited standby days with 48 hours notice.
