FOR PRIVATE SALE: Aquavita Bali 4.4 was sold by the Bali Catamaran Australian Distributor, Dream Yacht Australia to her Australian Owners, ex-Shipyard in La Rochelle, France
in 2022. The vessel is now Located in Annapolis Maryland and in excellent condition. The vessel is Australian Registered.

The Bali 4.4 is the perfect Cruising Vessel, and Aquavita is very well-equipped for cruising. The Owner's are a full-time liveaboard family of 3, and have maintained the
vessel to its highest standards. They crossed the Atlantic as part of Jan 2023 ARC Race with parasailor, asymmetrical spinnaker and code 0, and they are currently cruising in the Bahamas.
This Bali 4.4 is an owners version 2022,3 cabin 3 heads 220V/50Hz. Other features include coppercoat antifouling, 2000W solar panels, 3 x 2000W Victron inverter chargers,
7 house batteries total 910AH, Victron Cerbo system, Bosch induction cooktop and microwave combi oven, 640L double door fridge freezer, Raymarine advanced pack, Rainman portable water maker, portable 7KW generator, etc.

The BALI 4.4 is recognizable at first glance thanks to the new design of her hulls with fine bows and her new very elegant lines designed by Xavier Faÿ. The BALI 4.4 benefits from all the innovations of CatanaGroup which are the DNA of the BALI: rigid forward cockpit with lounge area and sunbathing areas, the platform connecting the transoms with large bench seat and lockers, side sliding bays without forgetting the interior access door to the forward cockpit; and also the helm station with a panoramic relaxation area on the coachroof accessible from both sides.
The Signature feature is the large "BALI" Tilt - door, taking you in a flash from sailing mode to lounge mode : the BALI 4.4 gives you a flush decked cockpit/saloon area entirely free of bulkheads which is accessed via an immense folding door in the rear (BALI exclusive) and through a watertight door at the front. The large L- shaped galley, the maxi saloon/lounge for 8 guests and the large chart table facing the sea are models of ergonomics and comfort. The BALI 4.4 offer the largest useable surfaces in her category.
The interior design is contemporary and warm, providing a completely open space, bathed in light with panoramic views of the sea.
