The combination of 2 South Australian Icons, owner "Chappy" Charlesworth (Charlesworht Nuts fame) and builder John Duncanson ( Duncanson Yachts) and one of the USA's greatest and renowned naval architects - John Alden.

The last wooden boat constructed by Duncanson, it was 30 months from framing to launch, consuming 20,000 man hours!
Constructed of 38mm Jarrah planking to her waterline, Huon Pine waterline to gunwhale and Teal bulwarks.
Interior finish is of Honduras Magogany. Masts are of Canadian Spruce ( almost impossible to obtain in 2023), renowned for their strength and flexibilty.
The booms are of Oregan.
The above information would indicate that it would be almost to impossible to replicate to the same standard for less than $2million ! If materials could be obtained.

But, do not be fooled by her rare and classic status - "Tirriki" is a boat that is in step with contemporary market taste, offering relaxed easy cruising and roomy luxury for a family.
