THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE A JOE ADAMS CONCEPT 40', THEY DON'T COME ON THE MARKET VERY OFTEN AND WHEN THEY DO, THEY SELL QUICKLY.
This is possibly one of largest volume for length sailing vessels Joe Adams had ever designed. Featuring a large saloon and galley with a very generous navigation area. A three-cabin layout, with two cabins aft and the very spacious master cabin forward with good separation from the two cabins aft. All so a spacious head and shower. Given the volume of this design, she is still competitive as a club racer on handicap, in tradition with Joe Adams designs.
