Description: Adams 40 Off Grid Adventure Sailor Huge Price Reduction
This Adams 40 has been set up for true off grid adventure sailing. With a steel hull and swing keel giving the best
of both worlds in respect of strength, durability, performance and ability to get in close to where the action is.

Planning to go north into the Kimberley this boat is the one, Hagar is all about functionality she's a work horse,
not a marina show pony. She has an extensive blue water cruising history through the pacific and recently the
wild west coast of Australia. She is a very forgiving yacht that is easy to sail and looks after her crew when the
weather gets rough being a full keel she took 6m seas in her stride with her previous owner.

With a swing keel and shallow draft of 1.4m it allows you to get into the best spots, but with the keel down at
2.2m she sails well to windward.

It has recently had a 600AH Victron lithium battery set up installed with 1400 watts of solar and a Victron Multiplus
3000W Inverter /120A Charger. A 3kva Honda generator and Dometic Airconditioning also make it perfect for
those hot nights in the tropics....

You will never run out of water with the 160L/H water maker, 300 litres of storage and showering comes from
either a 12V or 240V hot water system.

Refrigeration is taken care of with a 130L upright Bushman fridge and a 80 litre Engel fridge freezer.

The Nanni engine has only 1200hrs on it and uses 3 L/H, with 700 litres of fuel and wind in your sails the
possibilities are endless.

Raymarine Axiom for navigation and she has just had a new hydrive hydraulic pump and ram for autopilot.

Hagar is a turn key true live aboard yacht ready to go for her next adventure and best of all she's steel so bulletproof.
