WHITTLEY 7.3 SEA LEGEND  Just Listed

1996 Whittley Sea Legend with hard top, marlin board and 2010 5.7L Mercruiser Seacore engine (larger than standard) with about 250 hours on it. The engine has a fresh-water to seawater heat exchanger so the block has coolant in it not seawater. I am the second owner of the boat and am selling it only because I am moving overseas. This is the perfect machine for a day out on the harbour, big enough and powerful enough to take you where you want to go with a few friends and small enough to move around by hand when you come up to jetties etc. The boat is fitted with a 200W solar panel and two house batteries as well as a separate start battery - all topped up by solar so it's always ready to go. Has a hot shower on the rear platform. The boat is regularly serviced, the Bravo 2 leg was removed and all seals, bellows, anodes etc replaced and a new coat of anti-foul and propspeed done in September 2024. The boat is fitted with twin fuel tanks for extra long range. Comes complete with a set of all round clears that are in great condition because the boat also comes with a winscreen to transome cover that we use to cover the boat normally so the clears stay under cover. House batteries and start batteries all replaced in the last 12 months. Also comes with an EPIRB. Has trim tabs and an electric windlass which has a new motor/gearbox fitted (late 2023) and tape wrapped for protection from the elements.

The boat has been on a mooring since I bought it but it spent most of it's life out of the water.

Note that the boat does not have a trailer.
