Recent maintenance carried out April 2024 - exterior repaint, roof repairs, antifoul and anodes.
The Vindex, according to the designed Jim Young, is the best compromise he could establish between sea-keeping, handling, and the ability to be easily driven, and with practical, good looks.
This lovely vessel has been a live aboard for the past 5 to 6 years and it is now time for the owner to move her on.
For a 32ft vessel the Vindex is quite roomy. The large rear cockpit is ideal for entertaining or fishing with new covers and clears to keep sheltered from the elements. Main cabin has a small dinette to starboard and settee to port which extends to a double berth. The L shaped galley features 2 burner gas cook top and stove, sink and storage. The chest style fridge is located in the lower helm bench/seat.
The forward cabin/bedroom can be closed off from the main living area for privacy. This area features a substantial sized wardrobe, chest drawers and storage to starboard and head to portside with electric macerated toilet, vanity and shower with hot and cold water (heat exchange); the forward V-berth can be configured to either two singles or a queen bed.
Powered by a single Volvo Penta (2TDH70 6 cylinder) - 260hp engine this vessel will comfortably cruise at 10-12 knots. Engine serviced June 2024.
This vessel is perfect for a live a board or weekend getaways.
