SUNSEEKER PREDATOR 63  

Welcome onboard this stunning Sunseeker Predator 63. Jumping onboard the Aft Swim platform you will find teak decks with stairs to both port and starboard. At the swim platform, there is a concealed swim ladder and also a hot/cold shower to starboard. The central section of this aft area is the Stern Garage. When opened using the controls found in the cockpit area, access is gained to the vessel's tender.

Walking up the port side steps gives access to the cockpit area. There is a transom gate that provide security for passengers when underway. These port side steps also house the concealed passerelle. Dominating the rear part of the cockpit is the huge sunbed. Also located to the starboard side of the sunbed is a Davco Fold down Davit which is good to launch and recover jet skis.

The massive cockpit of the vessel features a full wet bar with a serving counter, a sink with hot/cold water, a Carotti Ice Maker, and a Bar fridge. There is also an electric BBQ. On the starboard side of the cockpit is a huge lounge area with wrap-around seating for 7, surrounding a height-adjustable teak dining table. The Helm bench seat accommodates 2 people and faces the impressive control and instrument panel. There are lights built into the underside of the Targa arch along with deck-level courtesy lights throughout the cockpit and stern area. Cup holders are provided throughout the cockpit and there is ample storage built under all lounges.

Forwarding down the cockpit stairs to the saloon you will find to port is the entertainment cabinet housing all the equipment for the Saloon. The entire port side and the forward salon Bulkhead has an "L" shaped cream lounge built with and ample amount of storage under the lounges. Above the lounges are overhead cabinets. The starboard side of the Saloon is home to the Galley area. Concealed under luxurious cherry wood cabinetry is a twin tub Stainless steel sink with hot/cold water. Also concealed is a Twin Element electric cooktop. Directly overhead, again built into cabinetry are crockery storage cupboards, a Microwave Oven, and an Air Extraction Fan.

This vessel features massive headroom throughout with 3 separate cabins the first aft guest cabin features a single bed with a spare fridge freezer for those extended trips away. Next to this cabin is the guest head and shower. The second guest cabin features a large double bed with easy access to the second guest bathroom. Forward of the saloon, to starboard, is the owner's Master cabin. This has a large Queen size full walk-around island bed with a plush bedspread and pillows, and a variety of throw cushions. There are 2 wardrobes and a dressing table with a cabinet. The En-suite bathroom is to port and contains an enclosed shower, Vacu-Flush Head Granite vanity and basin. There are designer blinds to all port holes and carpet throughout. There is Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning in all cabins and the saloon, provided by 3 Marine Air Systems units.

This vessel is fitted with high gloss Cherry wood cabinetry which was all fitted during a re-fit in 2003. The workmanship is of the highest quality.
