-New coolant and radiator flushed
- new batteries
Have receipts for all new parts roughly 6 months old plus much more too much to list

-One engine mount requires attention
-drivers seat upholstery requires restitching
-Generator also requires attention and currently isn't running.

Could use a cut and polish

The toilet seat needs replacing as the mounts are broken. We could maybe organise this prior to sale.

Bow hatches have cracked and require replacement. We are hoping to replace these prior to sale

Boat is current penned at the Royal Flying Squadron yacht club in Perth. Near Matilda bay.
