1989 Riviera 38 Blue Water Flybridge cruiser for sale -  "Clach McCludden" Swing mooring near Crab Creek may also be negotiable in sale.

Front cabin has a good sized V berth with ample shelving on both sides with cupboards. The 2nd cabin has a queen sized berth, also with ample storage in cupboards and underneath seating.
This model has 2 helms - one on the starboard side in the saloon and the other on the flybridge.   The galley has a 2 burner ceramic electric stove and a new 12v fridge.   There is shelving and cupboards within the galley with a wide benchtop separating it from the saloon.   The Saloon has generous booth seating and the table top can be removed if required.
The head consists of a shower, toilet, hand basin and vanity mirror storage.
The flybridge has an extensive seating area as well as the 2 'Captain's' chairs at the helm and is very comfortable.
Rounding out the vessel is a large cockpit with convenient outside sink, large 12v fridge/freezer (can be used as one or the other, depending on your needs).   It also has a hot/cold deck shower and deck wash. It has a fabulous 4ft duck board with very accessible ladder off the aft.

The tender is a red Aurora 2.9 dinghy (10 mths old) with a 9.9 Yamaha 2 stroke.
