The Neptune 42 is designed in the sub 10 knots class cruising well at 8 knots
Handlaid GRP hull is of hard chine form
A fine raked bow and deep forefoot serve to enhance both the seakeeping abilities and character of the boat
A single keel develops about one thrid back following the forefoot line and finishing forward of the propellors
Twin shafts are supported on P brackets with rudders located immediately aft of the three bladed propellors
With over 14 feet of beam the Neptune has lots of deck space and and with teak topped rails fitted at a sensible height it is safe and easy to walk around the decks
The upper helm position is centrally located featuring duplicated engine controls a large steering and and instrumenation mounted behind a perpsex screen
Large SS wheel, teak decking and plenty of grabrails complete a versatile flybridge area
Interior:
Entry to the salon is via port and starboard sliding door decks stepping onto teak floors.
The dinette unit on the starboard side provides enough room for 6 people and the table lowers to form a double berth
The lower helm position is to starboard with engine instrumentation neatly laid out.
Hand crafted teak is the dominating feature of the boat
Moving aft into the stateroom reveals a queen sized bed.
Ample storage including a dressing table to port
Ensuite with shower fitted with hip bath
Down two steps forward galley to port, you have front V berth and toilet shower to starboard
