Good condition presents tidy and is well maintained, carpet, custom seat upholstery, front clears, Bomar deck hatch replaced in the last 24 months.
Currently existing in the vessel ( still under major components warranty) is two new Volvo V6-280-N engines (280hp/each) and legs both under 40 hrs. Fresh Antifoul, prop speed, cut n polished will be done upon sale or the start of May 2025. During March 2025 new Faria gauges & panel plus rocker switches, Vapour monitor & VHF marine radio will be fitted. And June 2025 will see the whole bimini removed for addition and maintenance as follows (new clears x4 port & starboard side, front clears will be altered with the addition of zipped view holes port & starboard side, All other existing zippers, velcro, stitching, press clips & edge banding replaced where required & whole bimini will have waterproofing reapplied on reinstallation. During the same period the teak deck on the duck board with be rejuvenated, sealed and re corked. At this point (June 2025) a variation to the advertised price will likely apply (increase) due to the additional expenses outlaied to bring this already well maintained vessel up to a point where the new owner will not have fund extra financial outlay to be the holder of an extremely well presented and maintained pleasure cruiser.
Its a great al-rounder vessel easy to control and operate, stable on the water, perfect for fishing, cruising, exploring. Great for over night stays with the family or mates with the inclusion of hot/cold fresh running water (in bathroom and also on duck board), fridge, microwave, stove, shower, toilet, can sleep 6 adults. Its a caravan on water with plenty concealed storage areas and on top of all that plenty of grunt from the twin Volvo Pentas. Comes with all safety equipment and other accessories. To sum up, I am a genuine open/transparent private individual boat owner I want to sell this vessel for the value it represents against other vessels on the market, as you already know from what is currently on the market vessels the same size and style as mine vary greatly in price, age and condition and therefore can present confusing and uncertainty of what something is really worth.
