I am proud to introduce the classic Millkraft built 64foot Bridgedeck Cruiser, Miss Eve. A well known vessel to the East Coast of Australia, her current custodians of 30 + years are ready to pass her on to new owners to enjoy as much as they have.
Originally built in 1962, she is constructed of spotted gum with oregon topsides and teak cabin sides and decks. Powered by 2 x 6L3 Gardner engines, she cruises comfortably at 9 knots and has done so numerous times between Brisbane and Tasmania where she has been for the last 30 years until recently whereby she travelled back to her hometown.
Like alot of her features, the internal timber used in the fitout is unique. Each cabin has been fitted out in different species and with the massive deck level saloon being the centrepiece, it is dressed in Italian burr walnut.
Miss Eve consists of 3 x staterooms forward and a full width master suite in the aft cabin with a seperate toilet (portside) and shower (starboard). The spacious galley is located adjacent to the staterooms incorporating a full size fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave and freezer. Forward is the second toilet and shower area which also includes the laundry facilities.
The bridgedeck can be accessed internally from the saloon and offers another entertaining space with excellent views when underway. The helm is well layed out with all modern features you'd expect from a vessel of this calibre. With a suite of Raymarine instruments including radar and autopilot the skipper can enjoy taking advantage of her cruising ability.
Miss Eve has been meticulously maintained throughout her life and it shows to all that step on board. She has just received all new bridgedeck covers and clears, been slipped and anti fouled and the engines and machinery serviced, ready to go to her next owners.
Miss Eve is currently lying in Manly, Brisbane. If you would like a private inspection of this grand lady, please contact John Muntz on
