Installed powerful twin Yanmar 6LY440 engines and gearboxes with new electrical harnesses extending to salon and upper helm stations.
Enhanced with main engine fuel water separator filtration assemblies and a port engine hot water system kit.
Engine and Exhaust Systems:
Engineered and installed new main engine seawater, fuel, and exhaust systems, featuring new mufflers, hoses, clamps, brackets, and custom exhaust mixer modifications.
Integrated a new Mase M610 genset with a remote operating panel.
Fabricated and installed complete genset seawater, fuel, and exhaust systems, including a muffler, syphon break kit, mounting platform, and battery box.
Steering and Hydraulic Systems:
Implemented a twin hydraulic power assist steering system for dual helms.
Replaced all flexible steering hoses and filled the system with hydraulic fluid, ensuring smooth and reliable control.
Fuel and Water Systems:
Drained and refilled fuel tanks, replaced valves, and installed a fuel sight glass for easy monitoring.
Balanced fuel systems with new piping.
Replaced port and starboard water tanks, added new fittings, and plumbed with new filler and breather hoses.
Relocated the freshwater pump and accumulator for optimized space and functionality.
Interior and Amenities:
Removed gas systems and appliances, including the gas oven and fridge.
Upgraded the galley with a new Hisense fridge, electric portable hot plate, and convection oven, with cabinetry modifications to accommodate new appliances.
Supplied and installed new main engine and genset batteries with a custom battery box featuring overboard vents.
Installed a new hot water system plumbed to the port main engine.
Replaced deteriorated hoses and clamps on grey and black water systems, and corroded copper freshwater lines with compliant plastic lines and fittings.
Updated shower box discharge pump and installed new bilge pumps with monitoring and alarm panels.
Enhanced bilge systems with overboard discharge plumbing and replaced all deteriorated overboard discharges.
Additional Upgrades:
Supplied and fitted new hull valves and seacocks.
Designed custom dash panels for the saloon and flybridge to integrate Yanmar instrumentation and throttle controls.
Installed a twin Webasto air conditioning system with necessary cabinet modifications.
Fabricated and installed a mount panel for a Victron energy system supplied by Land & Sea.
Added a new bathroom exhaust fan for improved ventilation.
Additional Work by Land & Sea:
Comprehensive rewiring of machinery and installation of inverter charger systems.
New house batteries and solar system for enhanced energy efficiency.
Assistance from Marine Force One for additional labor requirements.
