Alexander Marine are pleased to present the 2011 Hampton 630 Skylounge 'CJ' to the market as worldwide central agents.
'CJ' is a one-owner vessel, who was closely involved in her entire construction process, and incorporated multiple enhancements from bow to stern. Additionally, 'CJ' enjoys the advantage of being exceptionally well-maintained, with modest machinery hours, and presents a fantastic opportunity for prospective buyers.
Boarding the vessel from the rear is facilitated with ease thanks to a generously sized, low maintenance non-skid finish swim platform equipped with stainless steel transom guard rails, ensuring the safety of guests whether embarking from the dock or tender. Upon boarding, steps on both the port and starboard of the swim platform lead up to the teak-laid elevated boat deck, which boasts a comfortable cushioned forward-facing bench seat and a spacious fixed Corian table, perfect for hosting guests. The overhead boat deck provides ample shade, ideal for Australia's climate. 'CJ' is equipped with dual wing control stations aft, simplifying the docking process. Additionally, situated to port is a hand basin featuring a hinged lid, accompanied by a compact storage compartment beneath.
As you step into the main saloon through the expansive stainless steel framed sliding glass door, it seamlessly integrates the spacious saloon with the cockpit. Inside, the cherry wood interior with a satin finish and carpeted flooring establishes an elegant ambiance. To the starboard, there's a leather L-shaped lounge, strategically placed to overlook the concealed Hi/Lo Samsung 43" Smart LED TV, creating an ideal space for family TV and movie gatherings, enhanced by the Bose surround sound system with a separate amplifier and speakers on the aft deck and dining. Accompanied by comfortable leather tub chairs, while forward, the presence of a Vitrifrigo 130L bar fridge and a 16 bottle wine cooler enhances the allure of post-dinner drinks!
Forward of the main saloon, steps ascend to a lavish country kitchen and an island formal dining table, which is rare for a vessel of this size, and is an extraordinary all-weather space to host a multitude of guests, enveloped by abundant cupboard storage featuring customised internal glass and cutlery support to safeguard your fine dining essentials. 'CJ' provides remarkable versatility in its interior configuration. Showcasing light granite countertops and flooring, the galley is equipped with Miele appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and induction cooktop, complemented by a spacious upright 278L fridge/freezer and two additional 144L Vitrifrigo drawer fridge/freezers situated on the port side. Watertight doors on both the port and starboard sides of the galley ensure convenient access to the non-slip side decks and facilitate natural ventilation as desired.
Adjacent to the galley on the port side, there's a curved staircase leading down to the accommodation area. 'CJ' features a three-cabin guest accommodation layout below. The expansive mid-master stateroom includes a roomy king-size island bed, hanging robes, a leather lounge to starboard with ample storage nearby, and a vanity table incorporating a jewelry compartment with a large mirror and a swivel chair underneath. Additionally, there's a wall-mounted Samsung 32" TV, Bose surround sound system and a DVD player. A standout feature of the master stateroom is its ensuite bathroom designed for both him and her, featuring two generously sized shower stalls accessible from both sides through glass entry doors. These distinct ensuite spaces, each equipped with abundant individual vanity units, sizable oval basins, and Grohe tapware, are complemented by Tecma toilets.
The VIP guest cabin, located in the bow, features a queen island bed with private access to an ensuite shared with the third guest cabin. Positioned to starboard, the third guest cabin showcases two single side-by-side beds. Both guest cabins are equipped with a Samsung 22" TV.
Next to the galley on the port side, a staircase leads up to the enclosed skylounge, which features a curved leather lounge on the port side and is encircled by a height-adjustable and expandable dinette table, providing company for the captain during navigation. On the starboard side, there is a bar area equipped with a Vitrifrigo 130L bar fridge and a Samsung 32" LED TV, creating a social focal point within the yacht whilst underway. The frameless windows and overhead hatch of the skylounge ensure ample natural light, a fresh atmosphere, and excellent ventilation when opened.
The helm provides excellent 360-degree visibility from the twin ultra-leather Pompanette helm chairs. 'CJ's' matte black dashboard accommodates a comprehensive late-model Raymarine MFD electronics package, along with a camera monitoring system facilitated by four security cameras. It is fitted with Side-Power bow and stern thrusters, simplifying vessel operation. To further streamline maneuvering, a new Dockmate wireless docking remote system ensures precise and convenient docking maneuvers. 'CJ' is also equipped with Wesmar hydraulic fin stabilizers to enhance guest comfort while underway.
Moving out onto the boat deck to the port side, you'll find a cabinet housing a stainless steel electric teppanyaki-style BBQ plate and sink, cleverly concealed under a hinged lid. Towards the aft of the boat deck, there is a Steelhead hydraulic 680kg davit installed for effortless launching and retrieval of her 2.4m Sirocco RIB or her BRIG Falcon 330 Centre Console RIB.
'CJ' is powered by Twin Caterpillar C-18 engines, each boasting 873hp, enabling her to achieve a spirited maximum speed of 21 knots and cruise comfortably between 12 and 14 knots. When away from the dock, the AC power requirements are met by her Caterpillar 24KVA and 12KVA generators, capable of supplying power to all of the boat's needs, including Dometic Chilled air conditioning and the Idromar 100L/hour watermaker.
'CJ' is beautifully presented and is blue water ready for any voyage as evidenced by her recent hassle free passage from her home port in Queensland down to Tasmania.
