One of the prettiest little bay cruisers to be seen, "Polaris" is a classic vessel built in 1970 at Woodbridge in Tasmania by the renowned Ray Kemp. Her hull and interior trim are of Huon Pine with laid teak decks. She is well powered by a 55 horse power Yanmar 4JH3e diesel motor, has a generous cockpit with permanent awning, and berths for three.
There is full standing headroom in the wheelhouse, a tidy galley with metho stove, a separate toilet and plenty of storage. She has an inverter and access to shore power.
On deck is a Muir electric anchor winch, a 130 watt solar panel and a set of dinghy davits. There is a good sized CQR anchor with 30 metres of 8mm chain.
No range anxiety here - the 240 litre capacity fuel tanks along with 240 litres of fresh water mean that extensive cruising is possible.
Polaris is to be sold without a tender.
