CruiseCraft Executive 700 60th Anniversary Edition

7mtr Cruise Craft. In great condition, always maintained and kept in reliable condition by Bluewater Marine in Bunbury.
Tri-axle trailer, with new break-away system, electric/hydraulic pump & brake lines. Also just fitted a new set of submersible Narva rear lights. Two spare rims, both with new tyres on them.
Boat drives on & off, made easier by a bow thruster.
Boat has new Savwinch anchor with around 120 meters of chain & rope. New anchor winch (Maxwell) also recently installed, able to be operated remotely.
New TV, aerial, stereo & speakers, new internal cabin lights and new fridge, all under 12 months old.
The boat has a separate head with a toilet & shower. Hot & cold water system plumbed to the head, galley and rear deck shower.
Microwave, cooktop and sink in the galley, as well as storage space.
Redesigned helm, with a new AXIOM + 12RV Multi-function with integrated Real-Vision 3D 600W Sonar with RV-100 transducer. We also installed an upgraded RS150 GPS Receiver on top of the hard top. I've also fitted a new compass.
Two 120ah 12.8v lithium house batteries and two heavy duty 950CCA 110ah starting batteries installed. Charge comes from either 240v inlet, motor when running or solar panel mounted on hardtop. Victron battery management system looks after it all.
5ltr Mercruiser. Always looked after by Blue Water Marine in Bunbury. Last serviced in July, when we returned from Shark Bay. 160psi over all eight cylinders. Manifolds etc always checked. Basically if anything has required replacing, it always has been, as breaking down north of Dirk Hartog Island is not an option (or anywhere else for that matter).
Motor came out about three years ago to replace the transom plate, (bellows were replaced at the same time). Secondary fuel filter and water trap also fitted to ensure no issues with the go go juice.
New trim tab actuator fitted this year.
I replaced the old flooring with Deck Armour flooring which is a wonderful improvement, and is installed on the marline board as well.
New canvases made and fitted by Morley canvas a couple of months ago.
I've probably forgotten a heap, but if your interested, please ask away and I'll answer your questions.
It's a genuine reason for sale and it's a lot of boat, a bit big for me now. Perfect for spending time on over at Rotto or another island.
I'm not going to put it in the water every five minutes so don't be offended if I refuse. Happy to show you over it though, and we can take it from there.
It does not require "oversize" towing constraints and the boat has just been re-licensed for a further 12 months.

Remarks
Overall, a very well maintained and reliable boat. It is kept in the shed when not in the water and any repairs or maintenance has always been done. It's a comfortable boat, we use it for family outings and as a fishing boat, where we stay out overnight and camp onboard. Ideal boat for canal living, or heading over to Rotto for the weekend, or taking friends out on a leisurly wine and cheese cruise.
