Description: Cresta 56 Flybridge Enclosed Tuna Tower Sports Fisher
Hand-built by master craftsmen in GRP, AFISHIONADO was designed to handle the Australian oceans with comfort. This 56' Cresta carves through the waves, staying incredibly dry and maintaining a beautiful motion due to the Carolina flare.
AFISHIONADO benefits from the latest technology, including Simrad touch screen electronics, Twin Disc Quick Shift electronic controls, and MTU engine instrumentation. The aft helm offers great vision for mooring or backing down on fish.
The enclosed bridge provides an air-conditioned haven for those wanting to cruise the Australian coastline. The views fore and aft are excellent, and the comfortable helm seats and lounges are fantastic places to recline and enjoy the journey.
A few steps up from the flybridge aft deck is the custom-built tower by Black Marlin Towers. This tower is the perfect place to spot fish or navigate through reefs and is a definite plus to the vessel.
The huge cockpit benefits from the wide body of the Cresta design and features full thigh-height coamings, ample storage space, eutectic refrigeration, a live bait tank, a game chair, and a well-positioned bait preparation area.
Stepping into the refurbished saloon, you are greeted by full 360-degree views with toughened tinted glass throughout, air-conditioned comfort, and spacious surroundings. Featuring Amtico flooring, leather lounges, a 6-seater dinette, and a well-appointed galley, you have all the comforts of home, including an LCD flat-screen TV, DVD player, and Fusion sound system.
The accommodation forward makes full use of the vessel's wide beam, air-conditioned throughout and featuring two queen beds and two king singles. The spacious master cabin has its own en-suite / toilet, while the VIP queen cabin and two bunks share another head / toilet and provide excellent storage and space.
The vessel has been treated to a significant renovation to its appearance; however, the engine room and machinery room are where the owner has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars to produce a headache-free and reliable heartbeat for the boat. The vessel was repowered in 2006 with the latest generation 825HP MTU Series 60 diesels and a 17KVA Onan generator, which have been continually maintained and serviced. The engine room provides full standing headroom and walk-around space. The vessel also includes a watermaker with a 60 litres per hour capacity for endless water.

The Cresta brand is well recognized in Australia due to its strong construction and is designed to last a lifetime. In the early 90s, this Cresta 56 was one of the largest Australian luxury game boats ever built and was revered by many as "the ultimate. " Having been treated to a major refurbishment, this vessel presents in fantastic condition for her age.

Why not call GLI and ask Phil, Col or Perry to show you through this well presented 56' Cresta and see for yourself the amount of work that has been done on AFISHIONADO.
