Alexander Marine are pleased to have SOLD the 2023 Clipper Heritage 46 Flybridge in conjunction with Spectrum Marine.
She is an exceptionally low-hour late-model example of a Clipper 46 Heritage flybridge cruiser, offering an ideal blend of entertainment space and ease of ownership. With no brightwork she benefits from hassle-free upkeep.
Accessing the spacious cockpit is effortless, thanks to the children/pet-friendly starboard transom door off the large teak laid swim platform. The cockpit features a large comfortable moulded L-shaped upholstered lounge seating set around a large fixed teak table, which is ideal for entertaining guests. The boat deck hardtop overhang provides ample shade for Australia's climate. Add to this the cockpit is fitted with a mesh breezeway enclosure offering additional protection as needed incorporating integrated zippered windows that can be opened or closed.
Access from the cockpit into the saloon is via a stainless steel framed entry door and a convenient hopper service window that seamlessly connects the cockpit to the saloon.
The clever layout of the saloon includes an aft-positioned galley that conveniently serves both the saloon and cockpit. This design is comparable to those found in much larger motor yachts. The open-plan aft galley features a double bowl sink and is well-appointed with ample pantry space, Isotherm refrigeration, a Bosch 4-burner hot plate, and a Westinghouse microwave convection/grill.
The saloon offers impressive headroom and natural light, highlighted by hand-laid teak and holly timber flooring throughout. It includes ample seating and storage throughout. The saloon seating layout includes a spacious L-shaped lounge to port set around a teak table on height-adjustable stainless steel pedestals. To starboard is a comfortable lounge.
The lower helm station design, which is positioned to starboard, incorporates a sliding helm door for easy access to the side deck. Bow and stern thrusters are installed for ease of maneuverability & hassle free docking, with the added benefit of a wireless Dockmate docking remote. She is equipped with a full suite of Raymarine electronics including dual MFDs incorporating GPS plotter, sounder, and radar. The Raymarine autopilot is perfect for long voyages, and her Raymarine satellite TV antenna will keep guests entertained whereever you may be.
She offers a two cabin guest accommodation layout. The forward master cabin features an island queen bed with side tables and a private ensuite with a separate shower stall. Additionally, midships to starboard, there is a VIP guest cabin with a double bed and a separate ensuite that also serves as the day head. Air conditioning throughout ensures comfort onboard.
Access to the spacious flybridge is available from the cockpit staircase. This area provides panoramic views and ample seating from which to enjoy the outlook. The centerline forward helm offers unobstructed visibility for the captain and guests, equipped with dual helm chairs and the latest model Raymarine electronics. The flybridge also features an L-shaped lounge settee and a wet bar with Isotherm drawer fridges, icemaker, sink and a Kenyon BBQ all shaded by a hardtop. Flybridge clears offer all weather protection up top. Aft of the seating area is the separate boat deck for the Sirocco 2.7M RIB launched via a ADC 350kg davit.
The spacious engine room houses a single low-hour Cummins engine and an Onan generator, offering a sprint speed of up to 13 knots when needed. A fuel capacity of approximately 2400 litres offers ample cruising range with her frugal and low maintenance single screw drivetrain. The aft lazarette offers extensive storage space for cruising essentials.
