This vessel was originally launched as a Bertram 58 in 1980 and in early 2000 this vessel was extended by 12' giving the vessel the extra room needed for crew and storage.
Edgewater is an elegant large volume motor yacht capable of accommodating up to 10 people in 4 cabins plus saloon.
Built on a solid fibreglass hull, the three-stateroom, galley-down interior of the Bertram 58 remained essentially unchanged even after the 12' extension.
The vessel offers the volume and comfort of an apartment. Along with the numerous upgrades made over her lifetime, this Bertram motoryacht is ready for the future.
She is powered with twin Detroit Diesel 12V71 675HP than can cruise at 9-11 Knots, coupled with twin diesel generators Onan 16Kva and Ford 30Kva. She carries about 4,700 l of fuel and approximately 1,000 l of water.
This fly bridge cruiser has a fully enclosed cockpit with aft seating and large dining table with teak laid decks.
The lower decks are comprised of full beam master with private ensuite, 2 x double cabin forward the galley, full galley with oven, full size fridge, electric cooktop, microwave and plenty of storage cupboards.
The salon features a comfortable seating arrangement on the starboard side, dining area to port and built-in entertainment cabinet.
The full-beam master stateroom has a centerline king bed with a walk-in closet and private head with shower and tub. Forward, on the port side is the guest stateroom with twin beds and private head with separate shower. All the way forward is the third stateroom with upper and lower bunks and its own head.
Like all flush-deck designs, the lower helm is located on the aft deck where visibility is excellent and the social layout inviting.
Safe walk around decks lead to an enormous fore deck with plenty of sun bathing mattresses and seating.
Large bathing aft platform with stairs on both sides lead to the main deck cockpit.
Access to the crews quarter is from the aft platform.
