BAYLINER 245 CIERA + DUAL AXLE TRAILER  Just Listed

Selling my Bayliner 245 -
I've owned it for about 4 years, in that time that spent a lot of time and money upgrading bits and pieces.
Enjoyed many days and nights at Rotto, but with a child on the way it won't get much use this summer and it's time for me to upgrade to something else next summer.
Perfect first cabin boat, has been very well looked after mechanically, though does need a bit of love cosmetically.
Has an unlicenced American trailer (Under 2.5m wide) that apparently can be licenced. I just never bothered as the boat lives in a pen.
Trailer is stored in Welshpool, boat is penned at South of Perth. Can use the trailer on a move permit from DOT. Trailer has 4 new tyres.

5.0L Mercruiser Carb
- Serviced annually (due around now)
- Full carb rebuild 2023.
- Manifolds and risers inspected cleaned out and reinstalled 2023.
- Cooling system cleaned out and thermostat replaced 2023.
- New leg/prop/gimbal/transom 2020
- Leg service and impeller 2023

Boat Features
- Hot water system, piping hot deck shower. (75L fresh water tank)
- Internal toilet and shower. Toilet system rebuilt 2022.
- Upgraded Fusion Stereo
- 7 inch Simrad unit.
- V Berth bed and double bed aft cabin (sleeps 4 adults)
- 3 batteries, 2 for house 1 for start. (all within 3 years old)
- Fridge stays at 3 degrees or below even on hottest days.
- Good cruising around 22 knots. Maxes out at about 28 knots with 4 people and esky of drinks. Have a spare prop that can achieved 30+ knots but then harder to get on the plane when loaded with people/fuel/water. All props and extras are yours.
- New Excel anchor 2023, tried 3 anchors. This thing is set and forget, brilliant anchor.
- Rego just paid for 12 months.
- On deck esky for extra drinks.
- All safety gear included - 8 adult PFD, epirb, flares etc.

Recent works
- Antifoul and polish 12 months ago.
- Bellows and input shaft replaced 12 months ago.
- All seat vinyl redone in 2023.

Stuff that needs doing
- Front clears are pretty shot. Sides are ok and the rest of the fabric canopy is ok. Quoted $1200ex to replace front clears.
- Needs a good acid wash and polish. Or leave as it. Just a personal preference to have polished.
- General tidy up.

Happy to negotiate on price if you want to take as is where is. Otherwise would like full price and I can get clears and polish etc done for you before hand over.
Can do a morning out on the river with you to show you around if it's your first boat.
