Description: Australian Navy AWB 420 Amethyst
Amethyst was first commissioned for the Australian Navy during WW2. Over the years she had a number of reconfigurations, with a unique fiberglass wheelhouse and deck added. She was used and maintained by the navy finally as a ferry in Sydney Habour until 2019, when we bought her directly from Garden Island.

Since then, she has been well maintained and has had a number of more modern luxuries added as below.

She has been a pleasure to own and we have had a number of holidays, run hens/bucks parties, wedding/work events and harbour tours.

Last antifouled November 2023. Fully Insured with out of water survey available from previous slip.

Everything works well, ready for weekends away, events or general cruising for a family.
