Designed and built on Lake maquarie to the highest standard by master shipwright Phil Heaney. Launched in 2022, AWABA is ready for her new owner to motor/sail her away. Phil describes AWABA as a 2-4-8 boat - two to live aboard, four for dining and eight for drinks.

- Two bunks forward with custom made mattresses. Accommodation is insulated
- 75hp Yanmar diesel, 430 litres fuel giving a 500 mile range
- 350 litres water with hot water system
- Muir anchor winch with 50m chain two anchors
- Full set deck lines and fenders
- 10ft sailing tender
- Tan sails, Oregon spars, the fit out is Huon Pine and Rosewood
- Mast mounted in tabernacle for lowering and raising with spectra rigging
- Electric toilet with 150litre holding tank, water pressure system, shower
- Furuno nav station and VHF radio
- Hydraulic steering
- Two burner plus oven gas stove ( compliance plate). 12 volt draw fridge freezer
- Four electric and one manual bilge pumps, high water alarm. Guages on fuel, water and sullage tanks
- Two 130 watt solar panels
