Houseboat "Sunbird" has been well maintained and is in a good trim. Both pontoons are without damage and there were no signs of water in compartments. The house is sound, no evidence of structural damage nor water ingress through the roof / ceiling.

On boarding this boat, you instantly notice the stained hardwood decking is in great order throughout, with marine carpet on the sponson decks and stern deck for those hot days as it is way more comfortable to walk on.
