SUGOI:

Sugoi is Japanese for inspiring awe, grouse, awesome, superb. What a fitting and accurate description for this wonderful houseboat holiday home. Not only is the layout, design and décor awe inspiring but also just imagine the awesome times your family will have on this superb modern holiday home on the waters of magical Lake Eildon.

Sugoi is five levels of awesomeness.

The First Level of awesomeness:

You know Sugoi is an awesome holiday home a s she was built by highly respected houseboat builders in Status Luxury Houseboats. Built in 2013 Sugoi made the most of the new size regulations measuring 53ft in length plus the 7ft wide hydraulic duckboard. This creates an awesome rear deck.

The Second Level of awesomeness:

Sugoi has the modern open plan with side kitchen and rear lounge opening onto the large rear deck where all the on-water action takes place. The side tinted sliding glass doors open up the lounge to the magnificent views whilst making it easy to jump on the speedboat or jet-ski with the twin hydraulic side boat boards. Sit back on the couch, flick the switch and down comes the large screen TV; awesome. On this level there are three good sized bedrooms serviced by a well presented bathroom.

The Third Level of awesomeness:

Walking up the internal stairs the next level opens up to you. Wow, with the impressive lounge and the easy sliding tinted windows and bi-fold doors providing picture post card snapshots of the magical scenery; you feel part of it. Then turn around and there is this feature Bar/Servery and the hidden full kitchen with the integrated Fridge/Freezer; the temperature controlled Wine Cabinet and Bar Fridge. Then hiding in the cupboard with retractable doors is the large oven, grill and cooktop. Don't worry there is a dishwasher on this level too; just amazing.

Then to the front is the special place for the parents with the Master Bedroom including a full ensuite. Sit back in bed and just relax as you take in the magical views. But there is still more; the parent's retreat, the quiet spot to take in the sun or just read a book as you sip your favourite bubbles.

The Fourth Level of awesomeness:

The Top Deck; the views are WOW, but there is still more. Just imagine sitting back in the Spa Bath under a Chandelier of Stars; you will feel as though you can reach out and touch them; just awe inspiring and magical. By the way there is a remote Helm up here as well; you drive down the middle of the Lake at Sunset watching the sun's rays dance on the ripples on the water.

The Fifth Level of awesomeness:

Sugoi was slipped in 2020 and besides all the normal expected maintenance being brought up to scratch, front and rear Thrusters were installed. Now with the twin Mercruiser V8 Motors and the front and rear Thrusters she will be so easy to manoeuvre. The Solar Electric Technology is top of the range with the Selectronic SWP PRO Series Inverter/Charger System, 24 Gel Batteries and plenty of quality Solar Panels. This is all backed up by a 11kva Onan Marine Generator.
