Even a wood heated for the winter months with no lack of wood near by. The current owner of 17 years and its now time to move on and hand her pride and joy to the next family or person/s to make it their own.
But there is more - the owner is throwing in a small Caribbean ski/fishing boat as part of the sale. Don't get that often or in fact ever.
