A lot of the systems and materials on-board are significantly over-engineered. It's built like a tank. Our intent was to keep long-term but the realities of a young-family mean we're now looking for someone else who can continue enjoying her.

Docked on the outer finger at Olims Marina, this provides all-tide access and an unrestricted city view. This position truly is unique and is a great spot to enjoy. The berth is a private lease from the adjoining apartment block and can be transferred with the sale if interested. This includes all services (power, water), marina laundry, showers, and bathrooms, private mailbox/legal address, swimming pool access, and a large secure storeroom and workshop area.
