Kingston Lady was first launched in 1989 and built to a survey standard by Steve Turner Kia Marina. Custom built to a high standard and very well maintained and cared for by the current owners, this vessel is walk on ready for the next purchaser to make their own. On boarding the fore and aft hardwood decks are of generous size, with sturdy safety railing throughout, and handy front pump-out points. There is also a hooded 4 x burner BBQ, storage box, and covered Yamaha EF7200E 6KVA key start generator.

Upon entering, the deckhouse is large and accommodates the forward helm, lounge, dining and kitchen. The forward starboard helm has all standard Yamaha instrumentation, Hydrive hydraulic steering, and Pioneer stereo. Aft is the corner lounge/sofa bed, handy to accommodate extra guests if required. The portside dining table is expandable to seat eight in comfort, aft is the 'L' shaped kitchen with laminate bench tops, plenty of drawers and cupboard storage, island bench, fridge/freezer, microwave, and 4 x burner cooktop/grill/oven. Comforts include, carpeted throughout, Daiken Inverter reverse cycle air conditioning and Rinnai gas heating.

There are three large queen size walk around bedrooms, all rooms have built in robes, with the primary having wall mounted TV entertainment.

The bathroom/laundry has a moulded shower, vanity, marine toilet, linen press, with the provisions to re-fit a washing machine if required. There is also a handy separate second marine toilet.

A beautiful rear deck with a four-person outdoor setting, lockable storage cabinet, the boat's electrics and pumps room, access to the clip-lock roof, and a 1.6m swim platform with a swim ladder for easy access to water activities.

Many other features include, off grid electrics with 6 x 2019 PV660 2V Gel house batteries, 8 x solar panels, charger, and a Sinewave 800W power inverter. Slipping history as follows, 2009,2011,2015, and 2020 at Long Island Slipway. The most recent having pontoons grit blasted and Intertuf painted, and an insurance risk assessment performed and passed by surveyor Bill Leonard.

Propulsion is by two Yamaha 40Hp four stroke outboard motors, last serviced by Jesse of Riverside Marine October 2023, cost of $2,442 with new anodes, impellers, timing belts, etc.
