For keen fisherman the lake opens up into the ocean where you can fish Montague Island without even stepping onto land the whole weekend as you can moore your boat up alongside the this beautiful houseboat and cook your catch on the 6 burner bbq.
This houseboat births 10 with 2 fold out sofa beds, 4 bunk beds and a large king bed upstairs. Freshly painted is a good size lounge room/ kitchen area that leads onto the outer deck, down the hallway is another lounge room with a double sliding door leading onto the rear deck.
With gas hot water system for showers, one inside and another outdoor shower it has it all!
It has a Volvo Penta motor that does need some TLC, no major problems, just don't have time due to other commitments.
