This boat was built to survey specs for commercial use and virtually bullet proof. The superstructure is all aluminium sitting on two and a half fibreglass/grp hulls for limited maintenance. It is two story with helm on upper level fully roofed with drop down sides and rear shade curtain and two very large plexiglass windows that open out to huge front top deck. The unique design of this boat is the lower deck bow entertainment/living area, 5.5 mtrs x 4 mtrs open area with roof that remotely opens and closes to suite weather conditions. When the roof is closed the whole area can be closed up with clear side curtains. Side curtains and front curtain also enclose this area when the roof is up. There are not many boats that have this extra living/verandah area. Inside the lower deck is open plan living, dining, kitchen and four rooms with toilets and shower. One queen bedroom with built in cupboards and smart tv. One twin single room. One queen size room converted to full walk in robe and one twin bunk room converted to a man cave. A full size bathroom with vanity, shower and electric maserator toilet and another electric maserator toilet at stern. I have set this boat up to be fully off grid with water capture and solar
as I did live on it in the broad waters for six years. Everything on this boat is over engineered for commercial use. Eg. Anchor, chain and winches. I also installed a second Muir winch, identical to the main anchor winch, at the stern of the boat for stern anchoring but can also be used in emergency if bow winch fails. The build price of this boat in 2007 was $500 k. I have also installed 5 remotely controlled davit winches around the boat for the ease of lifting water toys and tender. I have built a ramp on the stern so I just drive my tender up on then while still in tender, remotely winch up and out of water. Then just step out onto rear deck.
There are two 142cm smart tv's. One on the top deck entertainment area and one in the leather wrap around lounge area on bottom deck and a smaller smart tv in master bedroom. There is also a projector and screen in lounge area.
