KARMA - Luxurious Houseboat on the Murray River

This exceptional houseboat is moored at Deep Creek Marina, Moama. The ability to live on the river off grid is at your doorstep. KARMA is a turn key houseboat and fully self-sufficient with generous capacity tanks (fresh water, grey, black, petrol, diesel) and a fully integrated lithium battery system, maintaining a 240v system continuously with 12 solar panels.

With ample accommodation you will be entertaining in a modern kitchen with European appliances, large pantry, soft close drawers, Caesarstone island bench and benchtop, with a waterfall feature one end and dishwasher at the opposite end, and dining at the rear with beautiful river views.

Access to the large covered top deck is conveniently provided by an external staircase. The top deck features a second helm, dining table and chairs, kitchenette with Caesarstone benchtop, large sun lounge, 4 burner BBQ, TV, Fridge, plus a Bosch 7.5kg front loader washing machine.

KARMA has numerous features including a Simrad Digital control panel (including ultrasonic sender units in all tanks), 135hp BigFoot Mercury Engine, fully automated self-start 7.0kva Onan Marine Diesel Generator, large Mitsubishi Multi Head Roof Mounted Split System, Ocean TV Satellite, 2 Arlo security cameras, WiFi and a hydraulic duckboard.

This houseboat has been slipped and fully serviced in May 2024 and is being sold fully furnished so all you need is the keys to step onboard and start enjoying the mighty Murray River.
