Its a pleasure to present "Emily Louise" as an 8 berth houseboat currently in commercial AMSA survey (code 4e) and on the fleet as Western Australia's only wheelchair friendly houseboat with Mandurah Houseboats. Designed with ramp access, spacious rooms, wide doorways/passageways and handrails in wet areas, the toilet/shower, helm, benchtops and light switches are all positioned to allow easy access for wheelchair users.

Enjoy the amazing Peel Estuary and beautiful Murray River with your family and friends when the boat is not on hire or alternatively purchase as a home to liveaboard or a holiday getaway.

A large, luxury houseboat which features reverse-cycle air conditioning, a Smart TV and a spa on the back deck along with a BBQ area with table chairs.

Emily comfortably accommodates eight people in two double bedrooms with queen sized beds, two bunks in the passageway and a double sofa bed in the living area. She has a shower and two toilets and the fully equipped galley includes a microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.

Emily had its scheduled out of water maintenance, anti foul and was repowered in 2023.

Mandurah Houseboats is an award-winning family business which operates in the spectacular Peel region of Western Australia and company's fleet are operated and marketed by the Company on behalf of individual owners with the revenue generated by the business split between the two if you decided to keep it in the fleet.
