Cute and compact, Charlie Brown is neat and tidy, effectively utilising all the space within this great alloy pontoon houseboat. On boarding this holiday getaway or live-aboard, the alloy decking is hard covered and fully marine carpeted, with great alloy hand-railing. Also, front and rear side gated access, large sponson's decks, storage box, with plenty of room to BBQ and entertain.

Within the deckhouse the starboard helm has all standard VDO gauges, Quicksilver Teleflex steering, reverse camera, and an Eagle 128 depth finder. On the forward portside is a four-person booth style dining area (which drops to form a bed for extra guests), aft is the functional mid-ship "L" shaped kitchen with a new Chef four burner stove/oven/grill, TCL 198L fridge/freezer, laminate benchtops and adequate storage.

The stern double master bedroom opens through a glass door to direct access to the rear deck allowing for a magnificent view to wake to.

The stern portside bathroom is roomy having a moulded glass door shower, efficient marine toilet, and hand basin.

The fully covered rear deck gives access to the swim deck with a ladder allowing easy entry to water for kayaking and water activities, also the grey and black water pump-out points.

The off-grid electrics consisting of three 105amp/hr house batteries, five 250W solar panels, Victron 100/50 solar controller charger, and a Kings 3,000W power inverter for running all the lights, pumps, TV, etc. There is also 420L black and grey water storage tanks, river water filters, starboard side boat towing hitch, new Rinnai Infinity16 instant gas hot water service, and Rolla blinds throughout.

Propulsion is by a Mercury 25Hp Big Foot four stroke outboard motor with only approximately 250 to 300hrs use and recently owner serviced. (More than ample power to cruise in this vessel).

Last slipped June 2022 at Foxtale Slipway, having passed a full insurance risk assessment, this vessel is also Gas, EPA, and Electrical compliant. Charlie Brown has all Alloy decks, sub-structure, and Industry preferred aluminium pontoons.
