8.4m Broadwater Craft twin hull house boat. Two levels with accomodation below and full deck upstairs for entertaining.
Set up to accomodate 2 (1 double bed), however heaps of floor and deck space to fit inflatable mattresses and sleep more.
The upper deck is the perfect place to entertain as it is shaded by an half length bimini with clear front and sides. Engine controls and helm mean that the skipper does not have to miss out when motoring.
The vessel is set up for live aboard at the Hope Island Marina and is more than capable for bay cruising.
Currently moored at Hope Island Marina which is one of the few marinas in SEQ where live aboards are allowed.
The marina berth (14m * 5.5m) is available for rent and the house boat can stay in the berth and be lived aboard. (Ignore the marina manager if he says otherwise. )
Aluminium hulls have been epoxy sheathed(2021).
Last antifouled 2021 and recently cleaned by diver (Feb 24).
Anodes replaced Feb 24.
60Hp Honda four stroke. 20 hours since last full service (March 23). Instrument display on Lowrance dashboard.

Inbuilt water tanks in each hull. These were reconditioned and coated with food grade sealer in 2021. The tanks selection valves are located adjacent to the under sink pump.
Filtered water can be sourced through a sink tap connected to a twin water cartridge filter system.
2 * Akai split system air conditioners.
Natures Head composting toilet, vanity and realistic sized shower.
4* solar panels with Victron controller and battery charger.
3.5kV generator.

Tender is an 8 foot Hydroforce dinghy with Honda motor.
Condition is good, although as with any boat, there are some maintenance issues. The flashing around the upper deck needs resealing and there is some rot in that area. The top deck need repainting and sealing.
An insurance inspection will be supplied.
