Remarks
This is an amazing opportunity to live spaciously on the water without comprimise on ammenities.
I have all systems and hardware in place but am still finishing off upgrades, thus reflected in the price.
I am open to negotiations on price and finishing off remaining work.
This can be rearraged to buyers specifications to siut personal preferences.
This vessel could easily be put back into work if new owner wanted a large volume charter vessel, it was licenced for 100 passengers, used for a fast ferry, Perth to Fremantle, football transfers to Optus ect.
