WESTCOASTER TUNA SURFACE LONGLINER  Just Listed

The Pacific Endeavour is a renowned 75' New Westcoaster that was launched in Fremantle 2007. The vessel was originally commissioned for Tuna longlining operations around New Caledonia where she spent close to 12 years. The vessel was later moved into Tuna operations around Suva in Fiji. The vessel was then sold to a NZ fishing company where it continued to be used in the NZ Tuna Fishery for 18 months. The vessel was purchased in 2021 by Austral Fisheries for operations in their Northern Territory Timor Box Fish Trapping business.
Austral Fisheries carried out a very large refit on the vessel rebuilding the main engine, installing two new auxiliary engines & upgrading the wiring. State of the art electronics were fitted including a sonar & WASP 3D bottom plotting system. Pacific Endeavour is currently still operating in the NT Timor Box Fish Trapping operations working out of Darwin. The vessel can be easily modified to return to the East Coast Tuna Fishery. The list of upgrades by Austral Fisheries on this 75' Westcoaster over the last few years have been extensive, the vessel would be very suitable for a range of fishing operations. The vessel is currently operating in the Timor Box trap fishery out of Darwin; an inspection can be arranged by appointment during the vessel port calls in Darwin.
