Due to terminal illness, I have closed down my business. I have this new aluminium trailerable houseboat for sale for much less than it costs me to build. Here are some details:
PRICE REDUCED DRAMATICALLY TO CLEAR ASAP
This vessel is registered in NSW but never ever used. Brand new.
CAN BE USED STRAIGHTAWAY
6.2 metres long by 2.45 metres wide when being transported.
Front deck and rear swimmout extend when on water.
Front deck lowers at boat ramp or beach for easier access.
Designed for fishing from front or rear decks.
Strong "oyster punt" type aluminium planks hull.
Bedding consists of one 1200mm bed and two 900mm wide beds (when converted). Sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 4 children.
Wheelchair accessible heads with wash basin, hot shower and flushable cassette toilet.
Galley with sink, drawers and two-door fridge/freezer.
Led lights throughout, including powerful driving light at the front.
All exterior panels are powdercoated for long life.
Tinted windows with flyscreens all around.
No need to worry about a fire as the boat materials are non-combustible.
Ample storage overhead shelves.
300 watts solar panel on the roof
Supply your own cushions
Install your own motors. (2 X 9.9HP)

The trend at the moment is to find a mooring and use it as a waterfront weekender for a fraction of the cost of a waterfront cottage. In addition it can easily be moved to different waterways like Parammatta River, Pittwater, lake Macquarie or any inland waterways (smooth waters). It draws less than 250mm and therefore can navigate in very shallow waters.
