Versatile Motor Options
Equipped with an electric outboard motors such as Torqeedo or ePropulsion outboards, the KART 388t can reach speeds of more than 25 km/h (with a 4.0 kW motor) or more than 30 km/h (with a 6 KW motor)
With petrol engines up to 20 HP (17.9 kW), it can surpass even 60 km/h.
If the motor rating is under 6 HP (petrol) or under 4.5 kW (electric) the skipper is exempt from the requirement to hold a RST (in WA, other states to be checked)
Roof Topper and Tender
With only 70 kilograms weight at 3.90 meters in length (excluding the motor) the KART 388 is ideal as roof topper or tender. It can be effortlessly transported and launched on a car roof by a single person.
