HULL:

Hull shall be totally reinforced with lateral, longitudinal frames and beams.
The inferior part of the hull shall be able to support all impacts and others bump which may happen within maneuvers.
DECK:
Coming from the mold, it has to be built in GRP with Vinyl ester resin, finishing with a glossy gel coat able to support bad weather, fuel, and any abrasive substances.
The outside part of the deck shall be already molded with a nonskid relief pyramid type 3.17mm and 4 faces 1.2mm height. This is to warranty a very good grip for walking and maneuvering.
CABIN:
Cabin shall be built in a mold. It shall be in GRP with resin vinyl ester and finished with a shiny gel coat able to resist bad weather, fuels and others abrasives materials.
The interior side is totally built in GRP with nonskid diamond type and totally watertight, with windows for a 360-degree view visibility, 3 opening (if good weather) side windows and a window at the top which can be used as an emergency exit.
All around the cabin, there shall be a stainless-steel handrail for safety outside.
The sidewalk shall be 70 cm.
Electric wipers have to be on the front window.
Access to cabin is a watertight door which can be blocked at opened position.

FENDERS:
All around the hull there is a stainless steel angle belt, 6mm thickness, to insure the assembly of the superior fender for a high hull protection against the impacts in duty.
An inferior fender shall be at 150mm above the chine from the aft to around 3meters aft forward perpendicular.
On the inferior part under waterline there shall be also 8 inferior fenders at 30deg angle from vertical.
All the fenders shall be mounted in ss 316 bolts. (12mm) and 8mm below share line.
Fenders are fitted in accordance with the constructions plans (see profile deck plan).
