Overview

Jon Olsson's a Swedish Vlogger with great taste in boats first introduced me to Iron Boats (his video below) and ever since I've been trying to get a ride on one.

So wow... this is a boat that has achieved simplicity of design, simplicity of operation and simplicity in transport (important for Aussies/Kiwi's) and the result is a boat that you will think nothing of using in a wide variety of sea states, and due to the RIB like function of the fender you will also benefit from super simple operation around docks and other boats.

This boat provides a lot of what brands like Axopar give you in terms of convenience and performance but at a cheaper price point and with less complexity. It has just enough to enjoy a day out and nothing else. It makes up for that by just being one of the fastest and most enjoyable drives you've ever had.

Seriously consider this if you are looking for a RIB, trailerable boat or adventure boat alternative. I actually has so much fun i'll be filming a Part 2 later this year on some more Iron Boats to test them further up the East Coast of Aus.

I predict this could be a future cult classic in Australia. From W.A to the Goldie and the entire East Coast you can imagine a lot use use cases for this boat so let me know your thoughts.
