Independent Boat Review Sterk 31. In this video we put the prototype of the New Sterk 31 to the test in very challenging conditions with large steep waves that were coming into the bay with a very short wave period. The kind of conditions that can break some boats if you go to fast. After that test we whipped around the corner to find some flatter water and opened the twin 300Hp Yamaha's up to wide open throttle and experienced the full capability of this exceptional machine. Considering speeds we hit and the conditions we tackeled this Sterk 31 is a brand you need to watch if you\'re looking for the next level in performance day boats. This thing is a bit of an animal so she needs to be tamed by tallented and experienced drivers. But if you have the experience to drive a 31ft boat at projected speeds of 70kts then the Sterk 31 could be the boat for you.
