Smart little boat and an excellent choice for Hobart and surrounds or anywhere you want to tow it to... I've been using it as a coffee / commuter / picnic boat and for these applications it does very nicely. However, as its name suggests, it is also a capable fishing platform - with a live tank, kill tank, deck wash and plenty of rod holders.
Propelled by a 2018 Mercury XS Pro 4 stroke of 115hp, she will displacement cruise at up to 7 knots and plane cruise at 20 - 24 knots. Engine is showing 140 hours on the clock and will be professionally inspected and serviced on the 20/5/24. The engine has been fresh water flushed after nine out of ten trips during my ownership. Batteries 12 months old.
Will sleep 2 people in reasonable comfort for a couple of nights, but you need to quite like each other! An unused portapotti awaits your every command in the central forward locker, with another good space to port forward. More storage under both seats and the floor in the wheelhouse. Picnic table stows away when not required. A telescopic awning is fitted but not functioning at this point in time.
The boat sits on a 2018 Dunbier trailer in good condition. Bearings changed about a year ago. I keep the boat in a marina berth so the trailer is rarely used. Both boat and trailer are registered.
The fully enclosed wheelhouse is a huge selling point for this boat and if you want to be out on the water more than 4 months a year in Hobart or other cool climates - chuck a powerbank and a 240v fan heater onboard and you'll be cooked in about 3 minutes!
Also worthy of note is the fact you can drive to a standard carwash and enjoy the sort of cleaning frenzy denied boats stuck in the marina.
I'm going back to sail for a while, so this is your chance to own a well presented, multipurpose mini-cruiser with good pedigree.
